Our Blast Wall Scene
The scene was captured from a real-world environment using multiple medium-format camera images, and assembled by our team of professional 3D designers. This ensures that the lighting, textures, and other elements of the scene are highly accurate.
The metal blast wall surrounds the viewer, with a sloped and partially reflective metal surface extending towards a blue sky above. As you can see in the mirror ball above, the lighting is primarily overhead and comes almost entirely from the sun.
The industrial feel of the concrete floor surface and the stark, overhead lighting of a nearly cloudless sky are perfect for renders where your vehicle or other model needs to be front and center.
The minimalist elements of the blast wall scene put your model in the spotlight, in contrast to other scenes like our coastal road scene , where the background itself is part of the show.
For automotive designers, blast walls and hanger elements are perfect because they act as a natural frame for your render–the wall gives the viewer the impression that your vehicle is enclosed and hidden from the outside world.
This makes our blast wall 3D scene especially useful for rendering concept vehicles, showcasing new technologies, or revealing new product lines. The feeling of enclosure provided by the blast wall gives the viewer the impression that they’re seeing something exclusive that’s still “under wraps.”
